The Benefits of Working with Us:

Why would you choose to work with us? Simple. We think and work differently. When it can no longer be ‘business as usual’ an independent perspective is what you need!

We have an unusual blend of sophisticated business skills, practical experience and creativity that will add value to those you have in your team.

A good golfer doesn't tee off using a sand wedge, nor would they try to chip out of a bunker with a driver. It’s about selecting the right club for the job and that’s how we can work for your business.

We are a small core team, supplemented by a large network of experienced, trusted, strategy, marketing, communications, behavioural, creative and brand professionals who support us when needed.

We don’t have to ‘shoe horn’ inappropriate resources into a project simply because we employ them and have spare capacity, so we can always offer best advice, so if you’d welcome a few more clubs for your bag, give us a call.

What’s the Independent Perspective difference?:

1) The quality of our people: Their experience and expertise. Most have held senior roles in sophisticated strategy, marketing communications or brand consultancies. Many have worked on the client side in FMCG marketing or service businesses as well as B2B, so know what its like to be in the firing line. We know when to be pragmatic and when not to be. You can’t put a price on experience.

2) We think creatively. We believe that's good for our clients, because creative ideas gives them a competitive edge and its good for us as it keeps us fresh, interested and relevant.

3) Our experience allows us to take a holistic, multi-disciplinary view of our clients’ problems. We are not resource driven. We first understand the problem and needs of our clients before recommending the most appropriate tools or approach for addressing them.

4) Design is not a commodity. All our designers have worked in top consultancies in Europe and it shows in our work. We don’t design for the sake of it. All our design work is strategically driven, produced to a clear brief and addressing clearly defined communications tasks.

5) We work with clients as ‘enablers,’ in a genuine and complimentary partnership. We always give best advice.’ We may not always tell you what you want to hear, but you will know we will always be around to help put things right if we’re asked.

6) We recognise that ‘one size’ doesn't always fit all, so we don’t try to impose the same methodology or solutions onto our clients.

We deliberately stay small to allow us to offer a personalised service, to allow for continuity and to guarantee the quality of our work. We also prefer it that way

This approach is what helps our clients stay competitive, adaptable, resilient and for us develops loyal customers. So if you’re missing a piece in your team you know where to come.

Meet some of the Team:

Who you meet is whom you get.

The people you meet are the people who will work on your project. They are not the new business team who you will never see again, nor are they young inexperienced consultants learning on your business.
